What is your shipping Policy?

ORIGINAL ART: When you're ready to purchase original art and/or cards & books from me directly, be assured that I will carefully package the art to ensure a safe journey. For original artwork, I use generally use Canada Post and will ship your original art with 2-10 days. I may use a courier company depending on cost effectiveness. I will be provide you with a tracking number. Shipping costs are presented during the check out process. If anything seems weird or excessive with the shipping estimate process, let me know. I'll make sure once it is shipped that you pay the actual shipping cost.

Should you encounter any issues, please feel free to contact me and I'll work with you to make it right.

ART PRINTS: For art prints, I have partnered with Print Partner, based in Toronto Canada. For information on their shipping, please go to their website FAQs.. If you need some assistance or encounter a problem, please feel free to contact me directly, I'll be happy to help.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds? 

I want you to be 100% thrilled with your new art. If you're not for any reason, please contact me and I'll work with you to exchange it for another piece or offer you a refund (minus shipping costs both ways). 

How can I keep up with your new work?

There are a few ways... 

• When I release a new original, I send out emails to my collectors. You can sign up for my newsletter, if you would like notifications.


• I make posts to my blog on my comprehensive portfolio website www.perryrath.com. I post updates on my varied artistic projects, beyond just the commercial art ... You can sign up to get my blog posts delivered right in your inbox.


• Check out my posts on Instagram for art, or my more personal page on Facebook if you're interested in following me there.
